Background
Matilde Vargas is a master's student at the Faculty of Law, University of Oslo, currently finishing the programme "The Theory and Practice of Human Rights." She is writing her thesis on Children Born of War, the preliminary title being: "Who is left in the gap? An Analysis of the UN's Discourse and its legal implications". Concretely, this research will expand on the legal gaps created for CBOW who are also born of consensual relationships.
