Horizontal Inequalities and Post-Conflict Development

​There is an emerging consensus that horizontal inequalities (HIs) constitute one of the key factors leading to violent conflict. However, there has been a lack of studies on the implications of group-based inequalities for peace-building strategies in post-conflict societies. This volume attempts – and largely succeeds – to fill that gap.​
