Background

Will Reno is the Director of the Program of African Studies at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He is a political scientist who has published extensively on rebel movements and counterinsurgency in the Third World. He is a part of the management team for the RCN project Dynamics of State Failure and is a visiting researcher at PRIO in the summer 2013.
