Background

Helge Hveem started work at PRIO as a research assistant in 1966. From 1968–1976 he worked at PRIO with a research stipend from NAVF, and from 1976–1981 he held a researcher position. In 1981, he left PRIO to take up a position in the Department of Political Science at the University of Oslo.

An extensive interview with Helge Hveem by Per Olav Reinton was published as part of the 60th Anniversary series PRIO Stories in June 2019.
