Background

Chandler is a research assistant to projects led by Andreas Forø Tollefsen and Håvard Hegre. His research interests include: One-sided Violence, Military Interventions, and Airstrike literature. He has a specific regional interest in Kosovo and the Balkans.   

Chandler attended the University of Oslo’s Peace and Conflict Studies programme. At UiO, he wrote his thesis, “Airstrike-only Military Interventions and their Civilian Consequences,” in affiliation with PRIO through its UiO-PRIO Student Programme.
