The Security Programme kicks off the SORISK project, a cooperation between PRIO and the University of Stavanger. The kick-off will take the form of a one-day seminar and will outline the structure and aims of the project. The project is aiming high, and starts as it means to go on, arranging the kick-off seminar at Oslo Plaza's grand top floor meeting room.
